9 oz glass jar = 24 g

4 oz glass jar = 12 g

Directions for Use: In a teapot or tea infuser add 2 teaspoons of mix. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over mix and let steep for a minimum of 10-15 minutes (covered). This tea is also one you can refresh with a little more tea and a rebrew. I also think it tastes delicious + the flavors come out more with a little bit of honey

A Note on Herbal Teas: Hot water is used as the method to extract the medicinal constituents from herbs, which is actually one of the most effective ways to extract the most health-boosting properties from certain herbs.

All ingredients are sustainably grown in my garden, foraged or sourced.
