Anise Hyssop

$10.00

28 g. Flowering herb (leaves + flowers), destemmed. Agastache foeniculum

Anise Hyssop, sometimes called Licorice Mint, is absolutely delicious as a tea or in any beverage with its aromatic flavor -- a blend of licorice, mint and anise. Native peoples of the North American prairie have long used it as a beverage tea and a culinary and medicinal herb for digestive and respiratory complaints.

My favorite way to enjoy it: a soothing tea to calm the mind and support digestion.

Other preparations: tea, tincture, infused honey, syrup, mead, herbal steam, elixir, infused vinegar, and herbal butter.

This product was regeneratively grown in Iowa.
